Livia's Caprese Skewers Livia’s Caprese Skewers Serves 4-5 people; Prep time - 10 minutesIngredients• Livia’s Seasoning Salt• 1 pack of cherry tomatoes• 1 container of bite-sized mozzarella balls (Ciliegine)• Basil leaves• Olive OilPreparationWash the tomatoes, and cut them in half and add to a bowl.Drizzle olive oil over the tomatoes and add a few shakes of Livia's Seasoning Salt. Toss to coat.Skewer a tomato half, a basil leaf and one mozzarella ball on a toothpick. Set aside.Repeat with remaining ingredients.Add all skewers to a platter and give a few more generous shakes of Livia's across the top and serve.
