Gametime Wings
Serves 4-5 people; Cooking time - 40 minutes
Ingredients
• 3 lbs Chicken Wings
• Livia’s Seasoning Salt
• Canola or Olive Oil Spray
• Dipping Sauces (Buffalo, Ranch, BBQ, Blue Cheese)
• Carrot and Celery Sticks
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Rinse wings and pat dry with paper towels. Spray a sheet pan with cooking spray and add wings to pan. Liberally shake Livia’s Seasoning Salt onto both sides of wings. Place sheet pan on center rack in the oven. Cook for 20 minutes and flip wings. Continue cooking for another 20 minutes. Remove wings from oven and serve with carrot and celery sticks and your choice of sauces.
