Garlic Buttermilk Mashed Potatoes Garlic Buttermilk Mashed Potatoes Serves 4-6 people | Cook Time Approx. 45 minsINGREDIENTS • 3 pounds of Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and quartered• 2 teaspoons of Kosher salt• Livia’s Seasoning Salt• ½ cup of buttermilk• ½ cup of heavy cream• 2 tablespoons of butterPREPARATIONPlace the potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with cold water. Add 2 teaspoons of kosher salt to the water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium and boil the potatoes for about 15 minutes or until you can pierce with a fork. Drain the potatoes and return to the pan.While the potatoes are boiling, combine buttermilk, cream and butter in a small saucepan and warm over medium-low heat until the butter is melted. Add 3-4 shakes of Livia’s and stir to combine. Mash the potatoes and add the warm buttermilk mixture. Stir vigorously to combine. Taste and add more Livia’s to preference.
