Jalapeno Cranberry Jam
Serves 4-6 people | Cook Time Approx. 30 minutes
INGREDIENTS
• 1 cup frozen cranberries
• 2 tablespoons minced jalapeno
• 1 cup red wine
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon Livia’s Seasoning Salt
PREPARATION
Combine all ingredients and slowly simmer until the mixture has thickened and reached jam consistency. Let cool to thicken completely.
