Livia's Sweet Potato Wedges Livia’s Sweet Potato Wedges Serves 4-5 people | Cook Time Approx. 40 minsINGREDIENTS • 4 mid to large sized sweet potatoes• ¼ cup olive oil• Livia’s Seasoning Salt• 2 tsp smoked paprika (optional) PREPARATIONPreheat oven to 425 degreesRinse and peel sweet potatoes, and then cut each sweet potato into 8 wedges.Add the wedges to a sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil.Toss the wedges to ensure an even coat of oil and then liberally add Livia's to the sweet potatoes. Toss again. Lightly sprinkle smoked paprika across the top, if desired.Place sheet pan in the oven and cook for 20 minutes, and give the sheet pan a good shake. Cook for another 15-20 minutes until browned.Remove from oven and serve warm.
